[webkit-dev] New textarea implementation is turned on

Hi all, The new NSView-less text controls are now turned on for textarea. Like <input type="text">, <textarea> now uses the HTML editing engine in WebKit and can now be styled with css. Try it out and let us know if you run into any problems. I've added the Bugzilla keyword "NativeTextArea", so please use that keyword when filing bugs about this new feature. Thanks! - Adele Peterson
