I updated Safari for macOS to 13.0 and updated iOS to 13.0, when I connect my iPhone to my Mac via a thunderbolt to USB-C cable my iPhone doesn't appear in the develop list, and am unable to see the web inspector for my iPhone.
I have downloaded the latest version of Xcode and have ran it. I have power cycled both devices. I have turned off the developer tools on Safari and turned them back on again. I have turned off Web Inspector on my iPhone and turned it back on again. None of these seemed to fix the issue.
The devices are iPhone 7 and MacBook Pro 2017.
